🎫 FREE ADMISSION: 12 PM - 3 PM for you and your entire wedding planning entourage when you pre-register before Apr 23 at midnight. (One pre-registered ticket is good for your entire group.) Or $10 per person at the door.
Note: Ensure each each engaged couple is signed up—only registered couples are eligible to receive a SWAG bag and ballots to win prizes!
* "Wedding Cash" prize expires on and must be booked by June 30, 2026. This is not a cash prize. It must be paid directly to the exhibitor on your contract or invoice. May only be used once up to the full $1,000 value with one exhibitor only.*
CUSTOM CONTACT STICKERS: Enter exhibitor draws easily with pre-printed stickers with your contact info. (cutoff is noon Apr 21)
GRAND PRIZE: $1000 to be spent with any exhibitor in the expo! The winner will be drawn at the end of the Expo. *Prize paid directly to the exhibitor of the winner’s choice from the Newmarket-Uxbridge Wedding Expo exhibitors. The winner will be drawn on Sunday, Apr 26 at 3 pm.
WINTER/SPRING 2026 SEASON GRAND PRIZE: One lucky couple will also win our Winter/Spring Grand Prize Trip – An all-inclusive trip for two to Breathless Cancun Soul Resort & Spa, in Mexico courtesy of Shine Travel, Breathless Cancun Soul Resort & Spa, World of Hyatt and TheWeddingRing.ca. You’ll receive a ballot every time you attend one of The Ring’s Wedding Expos. The winner will be drawn on Sunday, May 3rd at 3 pm.
